This will be an IMMERSIVE mini course that involves a group “case study” where we will drink ‘awa/kava every day for one week and share our experiences, downloads and reflections with each other in the calls. Every session will include a group ‘awa meditation. We will also be covering all of the information listed below. This will be fun!!

- Full origin story of @plantofpeace and why this plant called me (Makenzie) so powerfully, plus my unique experiences with kava in the villages of Fiji and across the Hawaiian Islands.
- What is ‘awa / kava? History, uses, benefits etc

- The various strains of kava and the compounds that make it powerful
- A ceremonial approach and a conscious social approach.
- The differences between the various kava offerings on the market (strains, origins, processing techniques) and how to ensure you’re getting the highest quality.
- How to incorporate ‘awa/kava into your daily life/personal life, as well as your professional offerings.
- How to combine cacao & kava in a professional offering (includes an example template)

Please note that we source our cacao from wild farms and the taste may change from time to time. Please allow for a small adjustment period, especially if you’ve been working with other types of cacao recently. KAKAO is committed to sourcing directly from small wild farms and honoring the origins of this sacred gift from Mother Earth.
