 WHOLE beans  (criollo variety)  sourced from  various local  farms within 2  hours of  Antigua,  Guatemala.
 + Panela
 Pure, unrefined  Guatemalan cane sugar  known for  its high  mineral content & healing  properties.
 + Vanilla bean

KAKAO International works directly with a local Mayan Preistess, named GG. Gg hand-makes & blesses all of the product in Antigua, Guatemala.

KAKAO is made according to the Maya Sacred Calendar. A 'ceremony' is held for each batch based on the energy of that day.
